Bending Light Textures License Agreement

By purchasing a stock texture set from Bending Light Textures, you agree to the following Conditions of Use:

Bending Light Textures retains full copyright and ownership of the photographs of materials ("Textures") under all intellectual property laws.

Bending Light Textures licenses its Textures for game developers, special effects artists, graphic designers, photographers, and other professions.

Our license is Royalty-Free and non-exclusive. No additional payment or royalties are required to use these Textures.

Bending Light Textures may be used by the licensee in any personal or commercial projects. As such, the licensee has the right to modify these Textures for the uses permitted.

It is NOT permitted to sell or distribute any Bending Light Textures in an unmodified form, or where the derived product you are selling or distributing is a Texture or a collection of Textures ie. Do not sell or distribute any of these Textures (modified or not) by itself or in a texture or scrapbooking pack.

It is NOT permitted to bundle Bending Light Textures with software such as paint programs, 3D programs, or photo-kiosk software.
